Celebrate compassion, community, and care at Passion for Caring, Granite VNA’s annual cocktail party fundraiser in support of our Hospice House in Concord.

Friends, supporters, and community leaders will gather at The Barn at Bull Meadow for an unforgettable evening of connection and impact. Together, we’ll honor the comfort and dignity our Hospice House provides to patients and families when they need it most.

Pre-registration for Passion for Caring has ended. Tickets are available at the door. We look forward to seeing you there!

Reservations are $75 and include delicious appetizers, a cash bar, and access to a curated silent auction featuring unique experiences and local treasures. Most importantly, your participation helps ensure that compassionate hospice care remains accessible to our neighbors throughout Central New Hampshire.

Thank you for your interest in purchasing an e-bike raffle ticket. Online sales have ended. Tickets will be available at Passion for Caring at The Barn at Bull Meadow 63 Bog Road, Concord from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please join us. Tickets to the event are $75 at the door.

Kay Sidway Award Recipient

Each year at Passion for Caring, Granite VNA presents the Kay Sidway Award to an individual who is devoted to educating, nurturing, and promoting the well-being of children and families across the 72 New Hampshire communities served by our agency. This year’s recipient is Dartmouth Health Children’s pediatrician Tessa LaFortune-Greenberg, MD, who has cared for patients at Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic Concord for 20 years.

Donor Recognition Award Recipient

Also at Passion for Caring, Jay and Jenny Mullins of Hopkinton will receive Granite VNA’s Donor Recognition Award in honor of their longstanding dedication to the agency. Jay served on the agency’s Board of Trustees from 2015 to 2025, including leadership roles on various committees and as treasurer of the executive committee. Together they have remained active volunteers and supporters of the agency’s mission for many years.
